Service Overview
Occupational medical examinations include entry, periodic, exit, return-to-work, and incapacity assessments. These mandatory checks ensure workers remain fit for roles involving heights, chemicals, dust, fumes, heat, cold, or stress.
Dr. Liezl Stockigt conducts every examination personally at our Beaufort West clinic. Fit employees receive their Certificate of Fitness the same day.

Blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation, glucose.
- Urine Analysis
Dipstick test for early indicators.
- Full Physical Examination
Full examination by Dr. Liezl Stockigt.
- Hearing Test
Audiometry in soundproof booth.
- Body Composition & BMI
Height, weight, and BMI calculation.
- Lung Function Test
Spirometry when required by job risk.
- Vision Screening
Eye chart and visual acuity test.
- Certificate of Fitness
Issued same day — printed and emailed (Annexure 3 included where needed).
