Terms & Conditions By booking or using services from Karoo Occupational Health, you agree to the following terms.

Services Provided We provide occupational medical examinations, Certificates of Fitness, and related health assessments in accordance with South African legislation (Occupational Health and Safety Act, COIDA, etc.). Assessments are performed honestly — employees are certified fit only if they meet required standards.

Appointments & Booking

• Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of booking request and any required employee details.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a fee.
• On-site medicals require suitable space, power, and prior agreement.

Pricing & Payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days and based on standard pricing.
• Payment terms: 30 days from invoice date (or as agreed).
• Prices exclude VAT unless stated.

Confidentiality & Reporting Examination results and Certificates of Fitness are shared with the employee and authorised employer representative. We comply with POPIA and maintain strict confidentiality except where required by law.

Liability While we take all care in performing assessments, Karoo Occupational Health is not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided by employees or employers, or pre-existing conditions not disclosed.

Changes to Terms We may update these terms. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
